What We Do
Four disciplines. One studio.
3D Printing
FDM and resin prints for miniatures, props, replacement parts, display pieces, and custom projects. We handle the slicing, supports, and post-processing, you just bring the idea.
Filament & ResinCustom Painting
Tabletop miniatures, models, terrain, and props painted to your spec. From base-coat-and-wash to full display-quality work with freehand and OSL, whatever the piece needs.
Miniatures & ModelsDesign
Product and industrial design, brand work, and print-ready assets. From concept and 3D modeling through manufacturing-ready handoff, the studio takes ideas from sketch to finished part.
Product & BrandSoftware Development
Python and Java development for tools, automation scripts, bots, data pipelines, and custom applications. Clean code, practical solutions, built to actually run in the real world.
Python & Java
Built from passion.
Refined by craft.
Southside Studio & Hobbies started as a love of making things, and it never stopped. We run a full creative operation covering everything from precision 3D printing to custom miniature painting, graphic design, and software development.
On the software side, we build tools for the tabletop community, most notably Arbiter, our AI rules judge, list and deck reviewer, and league manager for MTG, Warhammer 40K, and Warmachine. Same ethos as the shop floor: practical, honest, built by people who actually play.
Whether you need a one-off print, a fully painted army, a logo that hits different, or a Python script that actually works, we've got you.
In-house. On purpose. Built different.
